Petalo Resort was created with care and love for the visitor. The hotel consists of independent luxury residences, a central building with the reception of guests, a traditional restaurant and a cafe with a view of Falakro. Our 5 independent wooden houses harmoniously marry luxury with simplicity in the natural landscape. It is located in Volakas, a mountain village in the Prefecture of Drama, specifically in the municipality of K.Neurokopi, approximately 1000 inhabitants whose main occupation now is the marble quarries located in the area, a little animal husbandry and logging.
At a distance of about one kilometer from Volakas, built at the foot of Mount Falakrou, next to the forest and only 11 kilometers from the ski resort. Built at an altitude of 945 meters with a dry climate, with a lot of snow in the winter and a lot of dew in the summer.
In Petalo you will be able to enjoy the warmth of the wooden houses, with a view of Mount Falakro, relax in our uniquely decorated rooms, have breakfast in the living room or by the fireplace in front, so that you will not miss the comfort, warmth and coziness that offers the wooden house.
Luxurious services such as the Finnish-style sauna, the jacuzzi and the swimming pool will allow you to relax away from the stress and demands of the city rhythms.

2007 The beginning
After a lot of work, work, thousands of working hours and a lot of waiting, the time has come for a childhood dream to come true. This small family business is ready to offer its services to the area of VOLAKA, the nature resort of Falacro and all of Greece as it turned out.
2011 Installation of the private jacuzzi
to provide more moments of relaxation and enjoyment right next to the forest view room.
2017 installation of 2 pools
One exclusively for hotel residents and the other shared. During the years of crisis, we invested and offer you a way out for the summer as well. 2 swimming pools to choose from in which to relax on hot summer days with a view of the blue sky and the green of Mt Falakrou.
2018 installation of 2 more spas, jacuzzi and 1 sauna
All outdoors like the traditional ones in Finland. You asked us for it and we made it happen, 2 more jacuzzis and 1 sauna, since the demand increased.
